Blue Seal P12M Electric Prover / Hot Holding Cabinet

The Blue Seal P12M Prover / Hot Holding Cabinet retains the same compact footprint associated with the old version but adds more space and more power, making it even better.

With a twelve tray (460mm x 660mm) capacity, the Blue Seal P12M features an automatic-fill humidity generator and holding cabinet function, both of which can be operated via some simple, easy to use controls.

Despite being designed as a standalone appliance, this holding cabinet can also be paired with or stacked with the E32D4 convection oven to create one complete baking station.
