The Blue Seal Turbofan E33D5 Electric Digital Convection Oven is specifically designed to benefit professional kitchens short on space. With an impressive internal capacity and intuitive digital controls, the Turbofan makes it easy to get great cooking results, whether you're cooking breakfast croissants, vegetables or roast meats. Able to hold up to five full size (1/1) GN trays with 85mm tray spacing, there's plenty of space, whilst the powerful fan system also ensures even cooking throughout the cavity. There's also 20 user-definable menu items to make cooking fuss-free and consistent every time. Stylish and powerful, the Blue Seal is great for both front and back of house use.
