The Classeq CP500SR Passthrough Dishwasher With Drain Pump & Steam Recovery forms part of the new generation of simple and robust warewashers from Classeq.

The CP500SR comes with the new Steam Recovery Unit. This minimises the steam released into the kitchen, eliminating the need for extraction and creating a more pleasant work environment. The captured heat is reused to preheat the incoming water, improving efficiency with every cycle.

The Classeq CP500SR commercial pass through dishwasher simple to use, simple to clean and robust enough to withstand the pressures of any busy bar or restaurant. With a standard 500mm basket that can hold up to eighteen 10" plates, it is capable of washing up to 720 plates per hour, which is 40 racks.

Featuring a drain pump, rinse booster pump and detergent and rinse aid pumps with a double skinned door and cabinet to reduce noise and limit heat loss. Inside the cabinet unique click-in, click out wash arms, a double filtration system and moulded basket rails all enhance washing results and make the machine simple to clean.

A new Bluetooth app also supports the operator in adjusting settings, monitoring the performance of the machine and accessing user manuals and instruction videos.

The CP500 range is available in four power options - single phase, 30 Amp or three phase, 12, 16 or 22 Amp, with on site flexibility to convert 12 and 16 Amp three phase models to 30Amp, single phase.
