The Falcon Dominator Plus E3914i 4 Zone Induction Oven Range 26kw is a great choice. With four 5kW heat zones, the E3913I provides instant heat and incredibly fast heat-up times. Built-in pan protection means the hob will not generate any heat until a pan is placed on it, resulting in no wasted energy. Plus, there are no naked flames, which reduces the risk of burns.
The fan-assisted oven itself is full-size gastronorm compatible with 5 shelf positions, allowing precise positioning of your foods. Made from 6mm toughened glass, the hob plate is designed to meet the demands of a busy kitchen environment.
