The Falcon F900 Series G9084 Four Burner Countertop Boiling Hob Gas 38kw is a stylish and powerful, the Falcon F900 G9084 Countertop Boiling Hob is a valuable addition to busy restaurant, hospital or school kitchens. With four high performance 9.5kW burners, all regulated by the precise front-mounted dial controls, the Falcon allows you to run four pot or pans simultaneously. The hob is also cleverly designed for convenience - not only being incredibly easy to use, but also simple to clean thanks to high grade stainless steel construction, removable cast iron pan supports and single piece deep pressed wells. Available in either natural or propane gas versions. High powered 9.5kW double ring burners direct flame onto pan base ensure fast heat up, regardless of pan size
