The Falcon F900 Series G9181 Solid Top Oven Range On Castors 17.8kw offers a hugely powerful 10.3kW bullseye burner which delivers heat up to 450°C - ideal for the most demanding multi pan cooking. The large oven compartment is fully gastronorm compatible and can accommodate 2/1 gastro pans over five shelf positions. Temperature control is via two front mounted dial thermostats which provide precise and responsive regulation of the solid top and oven. Fitted with castors for manoeuvrability and ease of cleaning. Available in either natural or propane gas versions.
