The Foster BFT48 Upright Blast Freezer Cabinet 48kg safely control the temperature of produce to ensure that food retains its quality, taste and texture. Food legislation requires all food to be cooled as quickly as possible. Foster's blast freezer reduces food temperature from +70ºC to -18ºC in no more than 240 minutes, exceeding current guidelines. A bottom mounted refrigeration system increases stability and helps to reduce noise levels. Encased in a tough 304 stainless cabinet the stainless interior is capable of accepting gastronorm 1/1 trays. Offering simple programming options, incorporating 'touch pad' technology the BFT48 is easy to operate using this innovative method. A useful temperature probe is fitted as standard as are lockable roller castors to aid manoeuvrability. Food wastage is reduced and hygiene levels maintained in this high calibre professional unit.
