The Garland XPE12 XPress Freestanding Electric Smooth Plate Grill 7.9kw is specifically designed for busy restaurant's & hotels. Two-sided grilling by Garland. The XPress Grill's upper and lower grill plates cook both sides simultaneously, reducing cook times by up to 50%.  Upper grill plate is automatically raised and lowered by a lift system powered by a quiet actuator.Lower grill plate heated by one electric heating element and two gas burners. Upper platen heated by nickel plated cast aluminum electric heating elements. 

Programmable control for each cooking lane precisely controls the automatic lifting and lowering of the upper platen, cooking gap, and time. An EasyTouch™ screen enables simple and intuitive control with a Press and Go interface.

Advanced temperature control based on smart anticipation rather than "on/off" eliminates temperature overshoot and undershoot increases temperature uniformity. 

Heavy duty construction, stainless steel front, top and sides, towel Bar, grease collectors, stainless steel dual side grease collectors, swivel casters with front brakes.
