Disappointed with the delivery. Was supposed to be 3-5 days but after 9 days it still hadn’t arrived. I e mailed the company and they sent a generic e mail back saying it was being dispatched. It arrived 2 days later. No apology or explanation from the company for late arrival, 11 days.

I ordered a WCL 900 chargrill (450 chargrill + 450 flat plate griddle) for my restaurant on 10th February for around £2,700. Unfortunately, the item I received was not what I ordered. Instead of the half chargrill / half flat griddle, they sent a full ribbed grill without informing me or asking for my approval.
When I contacted them by email, I was told not to “PANIC” and that they had sent this unit just to speed up the delivery, and that the flat griddle plate would follow later. This was never agreed with me beforehand.
After that, I had to repeatedly chase them for updates. I was told they expected to receive the plate around 25–27 February and that it would be dispatched in early March. We are now in the second week of March.
My restaurant has already opened, and I cannot use the grill as intended because the flat plate is missing. I have had to remove several dishes from the menu. For equipment that cost £2,700, this is extremely frustrating.
Communication has also been very difficult. Phone calls are rarely answered, and most replies come through chat messages with no clear timeline or proper follow-up.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience so far.

Once purchase and payment we were advised of the 2.5 week delivery time. When I flagged this is far to long the response was;
"Would you like refund or proceed?"
This extremely slow service should be clearly displayed prior to taking payment and the tone of your customer service is extremely poor. Will avoid your company in the future if possible.
