The Josper HJX-PRO-L175-W Large Black Charcoal Oven With Warming Shelve is Josper's large size countertop 100% charcoal oven. Recommended for around 175 diners and with a fire up time of around 35 minutes, the HJX can reach chargrilling temperatures of up to 350˚C and produce perfectly smoked and grilled food using one load of charcoal for around 9 hours. Comes with a warming shelve to maintain food temperature.
