Lainox NAE101BV Naboo 10 Grid 1x1GN Electric Combination Oven 18.7kw range peaks with one of their finest combination ovens in the form of the NAEB101 electric combination oven. Designed for high-usage environments, this unit is more than capable of producing up to 150 meals per hour (using 1/1GN pans).
The stainless steel body creates an attractive and sturdy unit that is built to withstand the high-usage scenarios found in the intense modern commercial kitchen.
This is increasingly prevalent in how this combi oven is operated. Unlike many other combination ovens, the NAEB101R is controlled via an Android-powered touchscreen, making advanced cooking cycles and processes available with just a few simple button presses.
Fully WiFi connected, the Lainox Cloud is available when connected to a wireless internet signal, providing your kitchens and staff with pre-made automatic cooking methods, recipes, ingredient lists, support and more.
