The Lincat Opus 800 OG8004/P LPG Gas 6 Burner Boiling Top 40.8kw can be configured this commercial cooktop unit in either propane (LPG gas) or natural gas. An ample source of fast response heating, the Lincat Opus 800 Six Burner Boiling Top utilises an impressive 7kW of heat across each of its dual concentric burners. The result is an appliance that will never leave you searching for more heat whilst still giving you absolute control over the level of warmth you wish to generate - whether it be a light simmer for rice or a harsh flame to fast-fry steaks. This model is originally a countertop but has the option of fitting a floor stand (not included).
