The Manitowoc UGP040A Ice Sotto Undercounter Ice Machine 53kg to produce up to 53kg of great quality gourmet ice every day. Designed for performance and durability, the Sotto features smart self-adjusting production cycles which ensure top quality ice, even when ambient temperatures are unusually high. The clever engineering means there's no requirement for top or side clearance, meaning it's easy to position the Sotto where it's needed.
