This MasterClass Non-Stick Brownie Pan 27cm x 20cm x 3.2cm makes it easier to get that ‘crisp-but-gooey’ result when baking brownies, as well as being great for traybakes. It’s all down to its premium-quality materials: heavy-duty, sandblasted, electroplated carbon steel with a top-of-its-class non-stick coating. The oven tray measures 27 x 20 cm (10½” x 8”), with a depth of 3 cm (1”).
