Directions For Use:
For professional use only. Do not use on aluminium surfaces. Dose via the integral dosing system on combination ovens, following machine manufacturer’s instructions. Use the oven control panel to adjust concentration according to level of soilage. Typical dosing rate between 0.5% to 2%.
