The Robot Coupe CL52-1V Veg Prep Machine 375rpm allows you to slice, dice and grate almost any vegetable or fruit with the Robot Coupe CL52 veg prep machine, a heavy duty cutter with up to 50 separate cutting discs available (discs sold separately). Thank to the large entrances and shapes of the two mountable hoppers included, this machine will fit large cabbages or long cucumbers with ease, making it a highly versatile choice for not just pubs and restaurants but canteens and healthcare facilities as well. The machine's cutting capabilities stretch from prepping traditional thick-cut chips to complex tagliatelle and other more intricate cuts.
