This Sirman Mirra 300 Medium Duty Slicer 30cm Blade is manufactured and designed to handle the most demanding products and hospitality catering environment.
Superb quality gravity feed slicer with a chromed steel blade and ventilated motor for reliable continuous use in restaurants, fast food outlets, butchers, delicatessens etc. Produces cuts up to 13mm thick. Supplied with standard blade removal tool. Non-slip feet for secure, stable placement. Ideal for foodstuffs such as salami, not suitable for frozen products or meat/fish with bones.
