Then the Jade, single-door meat chiller from Williams is the ideal solution for you. The fridge is designed with a powerful, forced-air chilling system that provides even and reliable cooling for 467ltr of usable capacity - in ambient temperatures of 43°C. This ensures that your produce is kept at optimum temperatures during hot, busy periods of service - reducing the risk of wasted meats. Featuring an easy-to-use temperature control interface, the fridge can be controlled to suit the needs of your produce - altering from -2°C, to a maximum of 2°C. This allows for fast and easy control over internal temperatures, which is ideal for adjusting for new stock.
